Wholesale Policies
Accounts
Wholesale accounts are for qualified ASI members and other qualified resellers. Iconic Imprint reserves the right to approve wholesale accounts at its sole discretion. Accounts may be terminated without notice at anytime at Iconic Imprint's sole discretion.
Pricing
All product pricing includes the imprint for one imprint area - typically one side. Whatever fits in the imprint area is included in the price. There is an additional charge for imprinting on additional imprints areas. This amount varies by product and is listed with the product options on each product page.
Payment
All orders must be paid in full prior to production. A delay in payment can result in stock shortages and production delays. Inventory is not reserved until payment is received. Purchase Orders (POs) are not accepted.
Minimums
There is a minimum quantity of 12 per product unless noted on the wholesale product page. Minimums apply to each product. Imprint must be the same on all items to qualify for price breaks.
Production Time
Our standard production time is 3-5 business days from receipt of full payment and proof approval. The estimated shipping date is listed on each product page. Orders over 500 items may have a longer production time. Due to high demand, production times will vary from September to December.
Setup & Artwork
We do not charge any setup charges. Artwork should be in a vector format with all fonts converted to outlines, curves, or paths. Bitmap files may incur an art charge if the quality isn't sufficient.
The imprint area for each product is listed in the product description on each product page.
Upon order receipt, we will email a digital proof in 1-2 business days (2-4 business days from October to December) for approval. Customer is responsible for ensuring accuracy, including but not limited to correct artwork, spelling, color, sizes, and placement. Proofs are 2D and there can be visual difference on the actual product. Iconic Imprint is not responsible for any errors when product is produced to specifications of approved proofs.
Shipping
Free shipping applies to orders meeting the minimum wholesale quantity (usually 48 pieces) and shipped within the 48 contiguous United States to a single address. Please provide a physical shipping address. All items in the order will ship at the same time, the product with the longest shipping estimate will be used for the order. All orders are shipped Free On Board (FOB) shipping point, meaning title to the products and risk of loss passes to the customer upon tender to the shipping carrier. If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, you are responsible for contacting the carrier to make alternative delivery arrangements. All goods are shipped at the buyer's risk and all claims must be made with the freight carrier, normally within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. We do not track shipments or ensure on-time delivery. Recourse rests exclusively with the transportation carrier. Iconic Imprint is not responsible for any delays by the shipping carrier. No adjustments will be given for any delayed or damaged shipments or for any other reason beyond our control.
Drop Shipping
Drop shipping to multiple locations is available for an additional charge.
Rush Service
Orders that require an in-hands date faster than our normal production and free shipping can either pay for expeditied shipping during order placement and/or pay a rush charge of $6 per item for a production time of 1-2 business days (starting with the first business day following receipt of full payment and proof approval).
Cancellations
Once an order has started the production process, it cannot be canceled.
Samples
We do not provide complementary samples. Samples can be purchased on iconicimprint.com at retail prices.
Claims
All claims for error or shortages in shipments must be made within 5 days of receipt of the shipment. Otherwise, the shipment is assumed to be received as complete.
Indemnity
When orders are produced to customer's specifications, the customer shall hold Iconic Imprint harmless from any liability for trademark, patent, or copyright infringements., proprietary rights violations, invasion of privacy or other personal or intellectual property rights infringements or violations. All materisl submitted by the customer for use by Iconic Imprint ot product items ordered are considered by Iconic Imprint to be in full compliance with all applicable laws in regards to trademark, service mark, copyright, patent, or similar protection, and the customer has all the legal rights and authorizations to grant Iconic Imprint a limited license for the express purpose of reproducing such materials on products. It is the customer's responsibility to provide appropriate legal lins to Iconic Imprint for inclusion in artwork.
Glassware & Ceramics
Due to the nature of ceramics and the properties of glassware produced by manufacturers, there may be slight imperfections and irregularities which should not be perceived as defective. Variations in materials, firing temperatures and color pigments may result in variations in glaze and imprint colors. Ounces, sizes, and measurements are approximate and may vary from batch to batch, and within each batch. These variations are within industry standard and therefore must be considered acceptable.
Non-Solicitation
Iconic Imprint sells both wholesale and retail. We do not solict distributors clients. However, we do not prevent a distributors client from making a retail purchase and/or subscribing to our email list.
Warranty
Unless stated otherwise, this site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
